Władysław Maria Jakowicki (1885-after 1940), officer of the First Brigade of the Polish Legions, physician of the Polish Army. In the period 1929-1930, dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Stefan Batory University in Vilnius, in 1936-1937, rector of the university. Arrested in 1939 and imprisoned for 10 years in Minsk prison, where he probably died around 1940-1942.
