Tombstone of Jan Bachalski

ukr. Smykiwci (Смиківці)

The burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. On the obelisk an engraved cross, below a bas-relief palm branch and a medallion with a relief carved head of Christ, wearing a crown of thorns. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front, in a rectangular panel, an engraved inscription: 1. Second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On the front a panel with earlets, with engraved inscription. The base is glazed.
