Burial site marked by a sculptural group depicting St Anne teaching Mary on a two-stage plinth and base. Sculptural group on its own base. St Anne is seated frontally. To her right Mary pointing her finger at an open book lying in St Anne's lap. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with plain frieze, covered by wider moulded panels. On the front a panel with quarter-circular chamfered corners. In it an engraved inscription.

D. O. M. / Strapiony małżonek / Stawiając ten pomnik / Ukochany żonie / Annie Sawickiej / zmarłej D. 25 Sierp. 861. / Uświęcając te popioły i / czcząc jey pamiontkie / prosząc o pozdrowie= / nie Anielskie //.
