Tombstone of Antonina and Jan Ziołów

Borki Wielkie | Ukraine

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross perpetuated half way up on moulded plinth, lies leaning against gravestone. Cross terminating in a rhomboid, a moulded cross engraved at the intersection of the arms. The first step of the plinth is glazed with chamfered upper edges. On the front of the second step of the pedestal a panel enclosed with a cataract arch, framed by a rectangular frame. In the panel, an oval cast-iron plaque around which is an engraved inscription (1), above which is an engraved cross. Below on the moulding an engraved inscription (2).
