Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. A perpetuated cross lies beside it. Cross of circular cross section, sling at intersection of arms. Second step of plinth finished with simplified beam. On the front wall, a panel with chamfered upper corners, in which is an engraved inscription (1). On the right wall, an engraved inscription (3). On the left wall, on the beam, an engraved inscription (2). On the second step of the base, engraved inscription (4) on the front wall.
