Tombstone of Johanna and Susanna Kitajgrocki

Bucniów | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a slab, at the head of which was originally a cross on a two-stage plinth. The plinth has been displaced. The slab has a rectangular panel with simplified relief palmettes in the corners. In the panel a convex carved cross extending downwards, on it at the bottom an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges, extending downwards, on it at the front an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

(1) DOM //. (2) TU / Spoczywają / Johanna / *15/4 1894 + 1/2 1895 / i Zuzanna / * 15/5 1896 + 30/5 1896 / KOTAJGROCKI //.
