Burial place marked by a stele. Stele closed with a concave-convex arch. On the stele a panel with a relief of the emblem of the Republic of Poland. The panel framed on the sides with engraved crosses, below an engraved inscription. The vertical edges chamfered. The front and sides polished. In front of the stele a small tapering plinth on a base. To the front of the plinth a panel with a relief Maltese cross.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

The aim of the conservation work will be to halt the progressive degradation of the stone through cleaning and impregnation, while minimising interference.
