A gravestone monument in the form of a gabled closed stele. The stele is polished, with an engraved inscription in front (1), the emblem of Poland in flat relief, the field of the coat of arms is depressed, below that there is a further part of the inscription (2). The grave field covered with a chamfered band. The design of the gravestone is in accordance with the design of monuments for soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces under the care of the Commonwealh War Graves Commission.
