Three-part gravestone - two-step base, plinth with base and capitol, finial in the form of a cross with a badly deteriorated bier. On the eastern side of the plinth, in a rectangular panel, is an inscription.

Inscription:

Bądź Wola twoja / Ta proźba Moja //.

Time of origin:

17th/19th century.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

The gravestone is very dilapidated: overgrown with moss, with a damaged surface and numerous cavities. The object requires immediate conservation.
