Three-part gravestone - two-step base, plinth with base and capitol, finial in the form of a cross with a badly deteriorated bier. On the eastern side of the plinth, in a rectangular panel, is an inscription.

Bądź Wola twoja / Ta proźba Moja //.

17th/19th century.
