Irregular quatrefoil surrounded by a band with a fence of posts connected by a bar. At the head, a wall with a molding ending in a basket arch. On the wall in front are two niches with reliefs of the Virgin Mary (right) and Christ (left). The reliefs were originally covered with glass. Unpreserved oval photograph on porcelain. On the wall, engraved inscriptions (1-6). In the quatrefoil six bands in the form of a coffin lid On the second (8) and third (9) bands on the front an engraved inscription. Behind the fifth band a cross of metal tubes ending in caps and triangles.

7. Jezu/ zmiłuj się/ nad tą duszą //.
