The Catholic cemetery in Vinniki is located in the north-western part of the town, close to the parish church and picturesquely on a hillside. It is adjoined by a forest in which some of the gravestones are located. It was established around the middle of the 19th century, which can be deduced from the dates on the surviving monuments. One of the oldest is the stone gravestone of Joseph Himilsberger, with a partially obliterated inscription in German. The former spatial layout has been partially preserved. This necropolis is still active and well maintained. Inscriptions in Ukrainian predominate.

Three tombs stand at the intersection of the avenue: those of the Brzezicki, Lichnicki and Obal families. Deep in the cemetery, among the trees, is the gravestone of Magdalena Jeżek (d. 1900), in the form of an obelisk made of black marble, with a German inscription and made in the Schimser workshop in Lviv. Nearby stands a monument of pink stone belonging to the Hübner family and a rock topped by a statue of the Immaculate on the grave of Franciszka Wojnarowicz (d. 1934).

In the centre of the section with Polish inscriptions is a 19th century chapel (with Baroque features), with a semicircular closed altar section and a tin roof.
