Tombstone of Franz Morgenbesser and Anton Reichenberg

Burial place marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. To the front right an engraved signature. The second step of the plinth covered with a wider panel. To front (1) and left throne (2) panels with engraved inscriptions.

Gravestone mentioned in: "Inskrypcje nagrobne pogranicza polsko-ukraińskiego", vol. 4, "Ternopil Voivodship, City of Ternopil", ed. L. Morawiecki, Rzeszów 2004, p. 26. According to information from the inhabitants of Ternopil, Fr Reichenberg died in the opinion of sanctity. He was a man of asceticism and prayer, including prayers for the seriously ill, who recovered through his intercession. He erected a chapel near the hospital (renovated in autumn 2015), where he conducted pastoral care.
