Biography:

Adolf Cichowski was born in 1794 in Warsaw. He was a member of the Patriotic Society. Although he did not perform military service in the November Uprising, he was sentenced to be hanged for his participation in it. He emigrated to France where he settled permanently. He died on 7 October 1854.
