Biography:

Andrzej Antoni Widelski (1953-2017), born in Bełżyce, painter, graphic artist and doctor of art. Studied in the atelier of Professor Marian Stelmasik at the Art Institute of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He obtained his diploma in painting in 1982. He worked as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Graphics of the University of Technology in Katowice. In 2000, he received a creative scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
