Biography:

Chaim Goldberg (1917-2004), né à Kazimierz Dolny, peintre, graphiste, graveur et sculpteur. Son travail s'est concentré sur la documentation de la vie des communautés juives dans les shtetls. Goldberg a étudié à l'Académie des beaux-arts de Varsovie. Après la guerre, il émigre en Israël, puis aux États-Unis, où il poursuit son activité artistique, obtenant une reconnaissance internationale pour son travail.
