According to Anna Lewkowska, Jacek Lewkowski and Wojciech Walczak, the active Catholic cemetery has a rectangular plan and a 2.4 ha area surrounded by a wooden fence. It was created in the early 19th century. The oldest gravestone, dating from 1823, belongs to Gustav Grunfeld. Its inscription reads: "GUSTAW GRUNFELD BIRTH 1799 / SEPTEM. 8go DNIA / DIED / 1823 FEBRUAR. 12go dnia". Noteworthy is also the inscription: 'FRANCISZEK SZAŁWIŃSKI / POSTERUNKOWY POLICJI PAWWOWEJ / ZDINĄŁ 10 IV 1930 R. WITH A GLORIOUS DEATH IN DEFENCE OF FELLOW CITIZENS / COLLEAGUES OF SZCZUCZYŃSKI POVIAT". In the cemetery there is an obelisk commemorating the soldiers of the Home Army who died on 29 April 1944. The inscription: "TO THE SOLDIERS OF THE NATIONAL ARMIA / POLLEMEN DIED FOR THE FREEDOM OF THE SZCZUCZYÑSKY LAND ON 19 APRIL 1944. / COMRADES IN ARMS". To quote the aforementioned authors: "In addition, in the western part of the cemetery is located the quarters of the soldiers killed in 1918-1920, with a high wooden cross and a plaque. By the fence there are excavated and abandoned tombstones dating from the 2nd half of the 19th century. On the north-eastern side of the cemetery, the ruins of a brick cemetery chapel remain. The cemetery is tidied up and devoid of trees which were felled in the 1990s."
