A rectangular tomb covered by a slab with a cast-iron tubular cross at the head. Cross with arms ending in an openwork triangle. A metal plaque at the intersection of the arms. On the slab covering the tomb there is a cross-shaped flowerbed, where at the intersection of the arms there is a plaque with an engraved inscription.

Ś + P / GENERAŁ WŁADYSŁAW / BRZOZOWSKI / * 1847 - + 1922 / ALEKSANDRA / Z CHYLEWSKICH / BRZOZOWSKA / * 1865 - + 1929 //.
