A tomb on a prototype plan, covered with a slab, at the head of which is a cross on a pedestal in the form of rocks and on a base. The cross is bevelled. At the intersection of the arms the mount is visible after the figure of Christ. On the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with a ritual inscription.

Tu spoczywują zwłoki / S. P. / Aleksandry / z Tukatlów / 1mc voto / ZACHWATOWICZ / 2 de voto / KLÏOSS / zm. 4 Wrzes. 1880 r. / Pokój Jej duszy zmarłej. //.
