Tomb of Antonina Polochanska

The tomb is rectangular in plan, covered with a slab, at the head of which is a plinth in the form of a truncated tree trunk on a base. On the pedestal in front is an irregular plaque topped with a relief cross. On it a shallow panel with a relief inscription. On the slab covering the tomb pedestals in the form of a tree trunk, connected by a cast iron chain.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card number 47, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "C, IX row, N6, from road N1 towards catacombs A".

mosses, lichens, cracks, fragmented structure

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

at the foot of the tomb lies a post, probably part of a fence
