Tomb of Francis and Maria Kelar

Rectangular-plan tomb, of regular, pea-decorated sandstone blocks, on a base, covered by a two-stage slab. Above, a stepped gable with a stepped coping, on a base on which is an engraved inscription (1). The whole originally surmounted by a cross on a plinth. The cross, lost and dismembered, lies on the tomb slab. At the top, on the front, an engraved inscription (2). Below, a slab covering the entrance hole, on which is a moulded panel, in which is a bas-relief cross and two entablature mounts. On the base of the tomb, at the top right, an engraved artist's signature.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
