Juliusz Lewandowski, together with Juliusz Lewandowski and Aleksander Duszyński, one of the church collectors who made a deal with Father Kleopfer, the parish priest of Berlin, Canada (now Kitchener). In return for helping to build the new St Mary's church, the Polish parishioners were to receive the old church. The promise was not kept.
