The quarters of Polish Army soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik war

In the local cemetery, to the north of the cemetery chapel, there is a military cemetery section from 1916-1920. Among those buried there are participants of the "Lahishin Uprising" from the unit of Lieutenant Koy-Zameczek, who in 1920 independently liberated Lahishin from Bolshevik captivity a few days before the arrival of the Polish army. The quarter consists of 7 earthen graves framed by concrete, with vertical slabs at the top of the graves. The quarter also contains the grave of legionary Leonard Korwin Piotrowski - a participant in the 1920 war, who died in 1944. Outside the cemetery section there are at least a few more graves of soldiers killed in the battles of 1918-1920 - we managed to find 3 single graves and 1 group of 3 graves.
