Marcin Kober, właściwie Mikołaj Marcin Kober (ok. 1550-1598), urodzony we Wrocławiu, malarz portrecista. Od 1583 r. malarz nadworny Stefana Batorego, później pod protekcją Rudolfa II. Od 1589 lub 1590 r. związany z dworem Zygmunta III Wazy. Autor licznych wizerunków królewskich. Sygnował dwa dzieła: portret Stefana Batorego z 1583 r. i portret Anny Jagiellonki z 1591 lub 1595 r. Zmarł przed 9 listopada 1598 r.
