Biography:

Michal Zagrodzki (1914-1944), né à Paris, fils de Félix Zagrodzki et de Suzanne Antoinette Renée Fernande Barniat, petit-fils d'Armand Zagrodzki. Lieutenant au 12e Régiment de Chasseurs d'Afrique, chef de section au 4e escadron Hargous. Il est tué au combat le 10 août 1944 à Mézières-sur-Ponthouin, à bord d'un char "Bordelais". Mentionné sur le monument aux morts de cette ville. Inhumé le 14 mars 1949 après avoir été transféré de Mézières-sur-Ballon ; matricule 501.
