Burial site marked by a figure of an angel originally leaning against a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth and regular base. Figure of angel damaged, head and right hand not preserved. The angel is seated on rocks, wearing a short dress with elbow-length sleeves. The lower frame of the cross is preserved. On the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with a ritual inscription. The gravestone preceded by a slab.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
