Burial place marked by immaculata figure on base and plinth all framed by slab. The figure on its own octagonal base set in counterpoint clad in long robes and a shawl on its head. Hands crossed on chest in right hand holding three roses. The base is ribbed at the top. The pedestal tapering upwards stylised as a pile of rocks on the front a relief carved inscription plaque with a rhotic inscription on the left a relief carved palm branch overlapping the inscription plaque.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
