The burial place is marked by a gravestone at the head of which is a figure of Immaculata on a three-stepped plinth and base. The slab widens towards the base. First step of pedestal with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Engraved inscription on the front wall. The third step of the pedestal closed with a simplified beam, covered with a hipped roof. On the front wall a niche closed with a semicircular arch. In it, a relief of a saint in a long robe. She holds a palm branch in her right hand and a lamb in her left.

AGNISZKA GRANATYR / 1877 + 1894 / PROSI O ANIOŁ PAŃSKI //.
