Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross perpetuated, lies adjacent with trifoliate arms. Cross moulded into plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth ending in a simplified beam with a moulded canopy, on which a relief ornament in the form of an unfurled ribbon is carved. On the front wall, an engraved frame with quarter-circle cut corners, within which is an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
