Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a two-stage plinth on a base. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, covered by a slab with pinnacles and acroterions at the corners. On the front a relief carved cross, on a plinth. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. To the front a panel with an engraved inscription.

 TU SPOCZYWA / AGNIESZKA / ZAKRZEWSKA / żyła 93 lat / um. 1915 r. / WINCENTY / ZAKRZEWSKI / żył 53 lat. um. 28/9 1916. //.
