The burial place marked by a wooden cross, in a band in the form of a coffin lid. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a plaque in the form of a coat of arms cartouche with a painted inscription.

Inscription:

S. + P. / Karolina / Jankowska / zm. 1920 R. / Albin / Jankowski. zm. 1944 R. / Pokój ich duszom //.
