Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth with banded coffin lid and base. Cross broken at lower part on moulded plinth. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered upper corners with a ritual inscription.

Ś.+P. / ALEKSANDER / SZYNGIEREWICZ / ZM. 1 I 1920 R. LAT 35 / JANINA SZYNGIEREWICZ / ZM. 1 III 1927 R. LAT 13 //.
