Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on a moulded plinth. Cross lost, not preserved. Plinth on concrete band in the shape of a coffin lid. On the plinth a porcelain photograph in a bronze frame, with an engraved inscription below. The photograph shows a 3/4 bust of a man facing right. Dark hair, combed back, moustache. Dressed in a black suit, under which is a white shirt with a black bow tie under the neck.

Inscription:

S. P. / Aleksander / WIEROCIŃSKI/ zm. 3 Sierp. 1908 r. / wieku lat 36. / Prosi o westchnienie / do Boga //.
