Burial place originally marked by a cross on a four-stepped plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front right side an engraved signature. The second step of the plinth in the upper part octagonal, framed at the corners with small pyramids. An engraved inscription to the front. The fourth step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, framed by pyramids.

Inscription:

Tu / spoczywają zwłoki / s. p. / ANNY z Runarskich / DUDZIŃSKIEJ / * dnia 26 lipca 1824 / + dnia 12 listopada 1891 / Prosi o Pozdrowienie Anielskie //.
