Cemetery in Sibica (now Český Těšín-Sibica)

Burial place marked by a stele on a plinth and base preceded by a slab enclosed by a segmental arch. Stele framed on the left by a higher cuboid on a two-stepped pedestal, on the right by a lower cuboid. Stele on top covered with a narrow cuboid and on the side. Engraved inscription to front. Engraved cross on higher cuboid.

ANNA/ KOWALOWSKA/ * 27.6.1897 + 25.2.1967/ JAN/ KOWALSKI/ * 27.6.1917 + 16.1.1940 //.
