Burial site marked by cross on three-stage plinth and base. Cross on its own plinth. Steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the plinth on the front wall an engraved inscription (1). On the left side wall an engraved inscription (2). On the front wall of the first step of the pedestal a panel closed with a semicircular arch, in it a relief figure of St. Anne. In her left hand she holds a scripture, her right hand is on her breast.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
