The burial place marked by a band, at the head of which is an obelisk on a double plinth and with a gabled top. On the obelisk at the front an engraved inscription (1), above it a cross. Both steps of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the first step a signature, on the second step a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). The band on a concrete base, similar in shape to a square.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
