Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth, in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved, on a moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

Ś. + P. / ANNA / ZACHARSKA / ZM. 15 X 1943 / W WIEKU L. 75 / POKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.
