The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a low plinth. At the intersection of the arms of the cross is a bas-relief gloria, within which is engraved the inscription: IHS, above a titulus, below a skull with tibias. Between between them an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[…] / DLA ŻON Y […] / BARBARY […] / LEŻY […] / A ZONA […] / JEST […] / […] / Z DĄBROWSKICH / […] / ŻYŁY […] / […] / [PROSI] / O POZDROWIENIE / ANIELSKIE //.

after 1860
