Headstone marked with Christ figure on two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The figure on its own base. Christ with hands pointing to burning heart. Dressed in long ruffled robe and mantle. Long hair. Visible bare feet. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by wider panel. On the front, an inscription engraved. To the right, in a panel enclosed by a full arch, a relief carved figure of the Archangel Michael. The Archangel is trampling a dragon, holding a sword in his right hand and a shield with a cross in his left. He is dressed in a knee-length tunic tied at the waist and a paludament. On his head a diadem with a cross, long hair. Visible wings, high sandals. On the left, in a similar panel, a relief of St Barbara. The saint holds a chalice in her left hand, supporting her sword with her right. She is dressed in a long ruffled robe, headdress, long hair. Shoes visible.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
