Burial place originally marked by cross on obelisk on plinth and base. Plinth with moulded top edges, inscription engraved on front. On the obelisk at the front an inscription in engraving.

Inscription:

1. S. P. / Benigna / MOSZYŃSKA / zm. 12 Stycznia / 1900 r. / wieku lat 73. / Wieczne odpocznienie / racz jej dać Panie //.
2. Bądź wola Twoja. //

With the exception of the first three lines, the inscription on the pedestal is in italics. According to a note by Wacław Wejtka dated 12 August 1936, the gravestone was without a cross. Originally the monument was enclosed by a metal fence.
