Tombstone in the form of a cross on a plinth. Cross with arms ending in a pyramid. Vertical beam wider at the lower part. On the cross an engraved inscription (1). Plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). Location of gravestone secondary.

Inscription:

(1) D. O. M. / Hic quiescunt / in Domino / R. R. P. P. / Ord Praedica= / lorum. / Mauritius Branicki Augustinus Gliński / Josephus Kontowtt, et Bonifacius Alexandro / wicz, qui obiere variis temporibo. //.
(2) Hoc Signume Salulis posuere, pice memorice / Defundor Patres ejus d. Ordinis: / d. 6 Aug 1869. / Accessit R. P. Jaan Nep. Dąbrowski / Ord. S. T. Ref. Miss. Apost. Reg. //.
