Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin Mary on a two-stage plinth and base. Statue on its own base. Mary with hands folded in prayer gesture, raises head upwards. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

BRONISŁAWA / HORODYSKA / żyła lat 27 / + 15 X 1900. / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
