Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross not preserved, plinth overturned. On the first step of the pedestal a cadaveric skull is carved on the front, on the second step a frame is carved, in it an engraved inscription.

Tu leżą zwłoki We / DAMIANA BRZEZ / KIEGO / umarł dnia / 19 Grudnia 1833 Ro. / prosi o troie zdrowaś Marii //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
