Burial place originally marked by a figure on the plinth and base, the lost figure lies beside the gravestone. Base with moulded lower edges, decorated with taenia. The plinth at the top covered by a wider slab, with a simplified beamed architrave and frieze. The frieze is decorated with floral ornamentation. At the front, an engraved inscription in a shallow profiled frame. Next to the tombstone a lost statue of Our Lady Immaculata with a lost, unpreserved head. The Virgin Mary standing on a globe, on the left stepping on a snake on the right standing on a crescent turned upwards, dressed in robes, with her hands folded in prayer.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
