Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on a two-stage plinth and high base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. On the first step of the plinth a plaque with an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth slightly tapering upwards. In front an oval plaque with engraved inscription (2). The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and six plinths connected by chains.

Inscription:

1. Błysnęłeś jak o szczęściu / upojenie złote i zgasłeś by / zostawić łzy, ból i tęsknotę //.
2. Ś. + P. / EUGENIUSZ / SCHÖSSER / ZM. 23 CZER. 1930 R. / PRZEŻYWSZY / 7 MIESIĘCY. //.
