Tombstone of Ewa Macyszyn

Kozłów | Ukraine

Burial site marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. Cross with arms ending in florets. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ, above a titulus, below a medallion framed by a wreath. In the lower part of the cross a neo-Gothic chapel framed by floral tendrils, in it a personification of Hope. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, on the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners with engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal moulded into a hipped canopy. On three sides an engraved frame with chamfered quarter circular corners. On the front a shallow niche, in it a relief figure of Eve standing by a tree entwined by a snake.
