Burial place marked by a slab at the head of which is a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. The slab with an engraved cross. Cross on its own pedestal with chamfered top edges, at the intersection of the arms a convex carved medallion with the head of Christ in profile wearing a crown of thorns., below convex carved leaves. Second step of base with chamfered edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, the second step with chamfered upper edges. The third step of the pedestal moulded into a gabled canopy with an engraved inscription to the front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
