Slab-covered tomb, at the head of which is a statue of St Francis on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. The statue on its own base. St Francis holds a cross in his right hand, on his chest, and a book in his left hand. Dressed in habit, girded with cord, with rosary overhanging, tonsure on head, beard. By the left leg a skullcap. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by wider panel.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywa / FRANCISZEK / BIERNAT / * 1860 + 16-XII 1933 / MARCELA z LINKIEWICZÓW / BIERNATOWA / * 1863 + II 1946 / Proszą o Anioł Pański //.
