Burial place marked by four slabs, at the head of which is an originally unpreserved statue on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. First step of plinth topped with moulding. The second step of the plinth surmounted by a simplified beam, with an engraved inscription to the front. On the left side a niche with a relief figure of St Victoria. The saint is portrayed frontally, in a contrapposto, with her head tilted to the left, wearing a long robe with a mantle, with a trellis in her left hand and a palm leaf in her right hand. To the right an analogous niche with a relief figure of St Barbara. The saint is portrayed frontally, in counterpoint, wearing a long gown, with a chalice in her left hand, her right hand making a sign of blessing.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
